The bag gallery on the first floor of Hankyu Umeda Main Store has been renovated and reopened with the concept of “customization.” In the new atelier inside the store, craftsmen are on site where you can create your own unique bag by adding patches, changing the stitching color, engraving your initials, etc.

We were in charge of the customization application that uses the “Smart Mirror,” a digital signage terminal that was installed as store fixture in conjunction with the renovation, the AR simulation that projects customers and their customized bags in the mirror, and the web application that allows data of bags customized in-store to be transferred to a smartphone and customized.

Bags customized using the application can be purchased in-store or on the online store.
