We were tasked with creating the official website for HOKKAIDO SPACEPORT (HOSPO), currently under construction in Taiki, Hokkaido.
This project is attracting attention as Asia’s first privately-run commercial spaceport, and we were tasked with communicating both its cutting-edge nature at the forefront of the space industry and its locally rooted efforts.
Therefore, in terms of design, we combined the images of “challenges to space” and “the land of Hokkaido,” achieving a balance between grandeur and approachability.
Complex technical information and facility overviews were presented using diagrams and visuals, with a structure that was intuitively understandable for both experts and the general public.
We also implemented a CMS that allows for the flexible dissemination of news updates and project progress, strengthening our information dissemination capabilities. From an SEO perspective, the website was designed to meet search needs for keywords such as “spaceport,” “rocket launch,” and “Hokkaido space industry.”
The website has successfully promoted HOSPO, a company that connects advanced technology with regional revitalization, both domestically and internationally.
