Overview:
Fujiya Co., Ltd.’s recruitment site is centered around the company’s management philosophy of “Creating people who take a step forward,” and is designed to inspire applicants to take their first step toward their future.
Divided into sections called “Getting to Know Fujiya,” “Getting to Know the Work,” “Getting to Know the People,” “Working Environment,” and “Recruitment Requirements,” the site systematically introduces everything from the company’s philosophy and business operations to on-site work, employee interviews, and systems and benefits. The “Getting to Know the People” section in particular is designed to realistically convey the appeal and rewards of working here through the words and images of employees who are active on the front lines.
Through the site, visitors can concretely imagine the growth opportunities and connections with colleagues that Fujiya offers, and feel like “I can take my first step here.”

Purpose of the Project:
In creating this site, we focused on visually and verbally conveying the message of “Creating people who take a step forward” to increase applicant empathy.
By sprinkling the company’s philosophy throughout the homepage and each piece of content, a consistent brand story is created throughout the site. The job descriptions and employee interviews paint a concrete picture of what it’s like to work here, making it easy for applicants to visualize their future. Additionally, the introduction to the company’s systems and benefits shows a safe working environment, aiming to strike a balance that gives a sense of both challenge and security.
As a result, we aimed to create a recruitment site that not only provides information, but also encourages applicants to apply.
